Hot take: we will see a lot of mobile app development amount to "Cordova-style React Native" i.e.: apps will consist of HTML+CSS+JS (in stale-while-revalidate mode, aggressively trying to self-hot-upgrade upon boot). RN will act as the cross-platform FFI to missing web APIs

TFW you're adding a new feature and the code doesn't make sense. "How on earth is this code even working as it is?" You check production. It's not working. It never worked.

Tip: Break tasks you procrastinate into smaller, low-energy ones. It helps. We procrastinate if a task is... * Boring * Frustrating * Difficult * Ambiguous / unstructured * Lacks personal meaning * Lacks reward (e.g isn't fun) Knowing why helps. h/t research by

I haven’t drawn in years, and tried the app procreate for the first time today. I really like it! I think I’ll try animation next.
