Maybe I am missing something but why do you want torch in Haskell? Does Haskell provide any practical benefits over python for usage with torch? Tmk almost all of the torch calls reference external c code anyway, is there a speed difference?

Not saying Haskell is any worse or better than python, they are both great languages. But pytorch is already actively maintained and python has been the data science weapon of choice for the better half of the last decade
