Kris is strategic. While playing a long game, he's following a simple but effective playbook: → Reward holders → Onboard new collectors → Release new work → Repeat The more he repeats this cycle, the more value his art accrues over time. (5/6)

Why is Kris doing this? To reward collectors that believed in him. In fact, Kris is gaining just as much from this as his patrons. Greater exposure New collectors Reputation If Kris launched a new collection today, I have no doubt it would sell out instantly. (4/6)

3 more collabs followed. Collectors were beginning to realize that these weren't one-off but part of a bigger plan. As a result, 16 new collectors joined By Way of Water, driving up the price to as high as 2.75E. (3/6)

In December, Kristopher surprised his collectors with THE airdrop 🔥 Collaboration with one & only . Ferry Date was gifted to all 100 holders of By Way of Water. It resold for as much as 1.35E, allowing 20 BWOW holders to take profits. (2/6)

Guido editions are worth 2,000 ETH. Up from 0 a year ago. What’s even more remarkable is that Guido barely grossed anything. The bulk of value accrued to collectors who believed in him and supported him early on.

Between April and January, ~6,000 Sicilian Kisses were burned. That's a 40% decline in supply. What started as a free mint climbed to 0.10 ETH and became the currency in the Guido universe to obtain new work and, most importantly, shape the future of the collection. (7/7)

Between April and January, Guido editions grew from 2 photos to 28. Some complained that new work was diluting quality. In fact, the opposite was happening. The more work was released, the more people found a photo they resonated with, collected and shared about it. (6/7)
