    Oh, honey...

    so it turns out I've been using dog shampoo on my hair for the last few months. (I only discovered it when I ran out and needed to get more.) this is partly my own fault but it doesnt help that has the word "pets" in like 4-pt typeface. I'm guessing this is common

    I started Pilates twice weekly(with a trainer not a class) and doing it with a mask gives me an excellent excuse for why I’m sweating so profusely. It’s the mask, and not at all that I let myself go a bit in 2020.
