Here we have Yaniv blatantly lying about being “profoundly deaf” and not being accommodated. All of Yaniv’s appearances when a criminal defendant had a transcriptionist available and assisted Yaniv when needed. Yaniv never seems to have hearing issues unless with RCMP or in Court
