This was a big problem in 2019, shorted to 19, where tons of stories emerged of people writing an extra 99 behind it. Oh wait no, it wasn't a problem. Oh wait, so it won't be more of a problem than before.

Because in say 1999 if you wrote "1 Jan 99" adding numbers to 99 doesn't really work: "1 Jan 9900"? In 1919 there may have been a similar issue as people could turn "1 Jan 19" into "1 Jan 1918" or "1 Jan 1920".
