This issue seems important but one area I'll have to disagree with Yang on. Regulating specific features and functionality seems unnecessarily prohibitive. Would prefer to see more widespread awareness into giving people the self-control and redirection skills necessary to fix

App algorithms are literally developed by geniuses specifically to act as dopamine release buttons. Investing in self control is a losing battle when these apps are designed to target very primitive parts of our reward system.
