What we really need to do is normalize alt forms of "scholarship" and not cont holding the monograph = gold. This allows students to be *collaborators* Are we defining "scholarship" on #s432 still as the output in pubs? I thought we had transcended that? #mla23

THis is the same recommendation I made back in 2010, but the CSUs and UCs are made synonymous but are wildly different...with the UCs garnering more attn tho the CSUs serve 1/2million students+ each year Ah, I'll leave it, but disappointed that we're still here #s432 #MLA23

someone in the audience mentioned bringing back service learning ME: but that differs from "community engagement" #mla23 #s61 also, community engagement studies have shown that not enuf has been studied about HSI impacts
