    The guys around us were also ossified drunk, and started shouting the N-word at Security and players. They were (mostly) escorted out. 30 minutes later, one of their pals (drunk) looked around and tapped me and slurred, "Wha' happened to Steve?!" I imagine the sewage seats

    I'm just trying to imagine... I took my Mom for her 65th birthday to 2 (then) 'Skins games. An ossified drunk man peed on us in the 1st Quarter. Mom - who writes a good letter - got the head of fan experience on the horn. He put us in specific, "special" seats for the next game.

    Is it really sewage if it hasn’t yet reached a sewer? Not that “urine admixed with liquefied feces” is much better.

    It appears W touched a nerve today. I’ve made myself clear on where I’m at with 1/6. I’ve also been pretty clear with where I was on 9/11. This pitch is where we were 20 years ago and that’s where I’m at right now.

    It's as though the whole "those hayseed Republican morons in flyover country" narratives have been on TV when ol' Garrett was reading "How to Win Friends and Influence People." 🤦‍♂️

    I'm always struck by how much media coverage and Democratic politics is aimed expressly at not offending Republicans, while so much of Republican politics is expressly about offending Democrats and the media. It's the worst—and most self-destructive—asymmetric political warfare.
