What if Trump lets Putin take Alaska, because Putin has information he could use to blackmail Trump? And Trump accedes to avoid that info. getting out? Prof.(sic.) Dershowitz?

That would be "bribery" (solid Constitutional basis for impeachment and removal). Trump accepts something of value (Putin's silence) and orders the military to stand down against invading forces in return.
