He was just kidding about China 
The emerging GOP line is that it’s wrong — but not wrong ENOUGH to be impeachable — for a president to trade arms or tariffs for Ukraine’s or China’s illegal help to defeat a political opponent. That can’t stand. For our Framers this was THE classic case for removing a president.
