We need a courageous prosecutor to do this, and one who will ignore the long-standing DOJ policy. I see Mueller as courageous, but not willing to ignore that policy.

You don't know that Mueller is "not willing to ignore that policy."
It's not a set in stone policy, for one thing. And @JillWineBanks@RepAdamSchiff and@SenBlumenthal have all said that it's both legal & constitutional to indict a sitting president.
