    Misguided lockdowns have destroyed economies and the impact will last for years. The fallacy of “lives or the economy” is evident. Many have been able to preserve the economy managing the pandemic better than countries with severe lockdowns.

    Article 184 of the Withdrawal Agreement commits the parties to negotiate on the future relationship "in good faith and in full respect of their respective legal orders". It's more than arguable the EU is already in breach on state aids and fish. "Trust" works in both directions.
