You need an independent investigation, that's basic.
-
sounds like Lane might be part of the problem....needs to be independent
-
All HR employees are part of the problem by definition as their job is to protect company interests.

The HR mgr who ws complicit in this, nds to be fired. As the CEO, u need to investigate this YOURSELF. What if Liane was tht prson?
-
HR should not investigate. The board should appoint an outside firm - that is how corporate level issues are handled.
-
AGREED, thank you for that! :)

@travisk Please hire an outside firm to perform this investigation. This is a very serious issue and an impartial team should handle it.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

have an external firm interview every single female who has left and send out an email to all women giving the name/number of firm
-
this feels like a class action.
-
class actions are glacially slow; give pennies to each person in the suit. Prefer first they fix it, big change internally
-
I'm not sure what I prefer. This company has a pattern of near criminal bad acting. I'd like to see them forced to fix it.
-
now that this comes out, how do you feel? I couldn't ever spend $$ with them again. https://medium.com/@amyvertino/my-name-is-not-amy-i-am-an-uber-survivor-c6d6541e632f#.k5xks7odg …
