MTA admits that NY's #congestionpricing program will be delayed. We do not know (nor do they) what this will mean for riders, our aging infrastructure, and our fragile economy.

They are in big trouble, but it may finally make the agency think about how to get creative with funding. MTR style applications may be viable in certain circumstances.
