And we are going to put more pressure on these systems with congestion pricing. You can't ask people to leave their vehicles and provide them with poor alternative options. Concert goers will spend a little extra to get there. They need to make it happen.

That's a myth, Joel. All that congestion is actually caused by a relatively small number of drivers who could fit on a handful of your buses. They just take up lots of space because they're each driving a large vehicle!
