We need @SFPD guarding the few vital stores that are open right now. What happens if all the markets & pharmacies go out of business because of things like this? Then what??

There's really nothing anyone can do, the police won't even arrest them so all anyone can do is get out of the way to avoid getting hurt. You can see the guy standing there in the video is a worker but he'll be fired if he tries to stop them.

So if police won't stop shoplifters, they won't be arresting people who use force to stop them, right? They both deserve to be punched.

You would think but sadly in SF our DA (whom we unfortunately elected) protects criminals above all else. His parents were criminals so you know...
