I think this is just a sign that the whole election fraud is going to be exposed in the form of a criminal case. I believe that's why Sidney Powell hasn't been informed in great detail about the Scytl raid in Frankfurt. That was obviously not part of Powell's&Giuliani's lawsuits.

I believe Sidney Powell's & Giuliani's role is mainly to collect evidence and to present that evidence in court in a bunch of lawsuits, which will then be used in huge amounts of criminal cases in which Powell&Guiliani won't play a role. POTUS needs to distance himself from this.
