I will admit the article did say Israel attacked targets in the Golan Heights Wednesday night and the rockets were fired Thursday, but Israel will not allow Iranian military build ups on their borders. So, it was still Iran's screw up.

Syria is a sovereign nation which has every right to invite its allies and cooperate militarily in its own defense. Israel has no right to violate Syria's sovereignty, and thereby international law. Israel is in violation, not Iran.

Wrong. When Iran fires rockets and are storing military hardware/ ammo depots then Israel has a right to eliminate them. Go complain to the UN and see what that gets you. Russia didn't condemn Israel and am sure Russia is upset that Iran just added more players into the game.

1. Iran didn’t fire rockets, Syria did. 2. Syria’s assault was a retaliation for illegal Israeli attacks on Syria soil. 3. Syria attacked Israeli targets in the illegally occupied Syrian Golan Heights, which under international law it has every right to do, at any time.
