Nice job @TESOnline and @BethesdaSupport! Just completely ignore my ticket for a week, then close it without resolving the issue! I still can't log in to the game, but nice to know you feel satisfied with yourself enough to close my ticket after doing absolutely nothing!

A locked chest. No mention of requiring a key or lockpick. No idea if I should care. Setsuna had these magical chests everywhere, even from the start. You couldn't open them until the end. You were expected to remember where they all were and go back. Haha, yeah ok

Random evil looking guy who still has no name wants to come with us? Ok that's also normal, come along.

The whole town has been replaced by hardened shaving foam. Some evil looking guy is there, and we're all like, excuse me sir, do you know what happened? And he's all I have no idea. And we're like fine sorry for bothering you. This is perfectly believable writing.

Yeah, it was me. I had to reference the portraits in the menu. My character's name is Kanata. Not katana, but he does have a sword. There ARE character portraits, but only in the menu, not when characters are talking. You know, when you need them.

Oh wait, my character said that. Or did he? I can't tell who's talking because there are no character portraits!!

There's also smoke rising from the town. "Reminds me of when my mom disappeared" says the young woman in my party. That's a super normal thing to say.

We're coming back to town and someone is ringing that bell. As previously indicated, this should mean someone is about to hunt a monster. Good for them.

I also like that there are no random battles. I've been playing FF9 and gotta say I'm glad we left random battles behind. Any game using them today has some explaining to do.
