    Love fast & feast, what can I say... last weekend was a 48oz porterhouse steak in a restautant. As a matter of fact I enjoy food much more since I started keto & IF.

    I take curcumin, reservatrol, quercetin, oleuropein, astragalus daily. All inhibit mTOR and promote autophagy. Also do IF. That hasnt stopped me from adding 10 pounds of lean mass in the last few months with a very high protein diet.

    A lot of meat and whey. I think some days I'm more like 400g of protein... can have a chicken breast, two ribeye steaks, cheese and 120g of whey. And I eat a lot of vegetables too, spinach, pepper, onion, broccoli... And still I'm in ketosis every day despite high calorie.

    Since started very high protein diet (300g/day) perhaps two and a half months ago my body weight has increased from 160 to 170 pounds while staying very lean. I eat few carbs... mostly from whey with milk, vegetables, but I'd say probably below or around 50g per day + fiber.

    I sleep like a baby. Most nights I fall asleep accidentally while I read. This is me last night. Fell asleep at an embarrasing 10:02 pm. Not sure if it is due to keto though... cannabinoids and melatonin probabably have a part 😅

    The best pork is iberico breed and eats acorns from trees. It is so different from regular pork that it is simply a completelly different class of meat, just not comparable. But for 100% naturally feed one, you need to pay $$$$.

    I was perhaps 162lb when I read the PE diet. I upped my protein to 300g/day, upped my muscle failure time, upped my fasting time and I'm 170lb barely two months later. The results have been insane. 5'9'' and 44y old. Still gaining weight.

    And this is how I look. I eat around 200-300g of protein a day. I just did 37-32-30 burpees. I can do 30 pull ups. 10 one-hand pushups. I think I'm healthy... for 44... 😉 I exercise 20 min a day.

    So what else does a high epigenetic age correlate with? Lower brain mass, lower FEV, physical function, higher BMI.... and LOWER LDL. To age well you want HIGHER LDL
