Contacted Youtube Partner support. This is most probably an error from their side.

xD Sorry Blender, you can't show the video cause Blender has the rights to it. The channel is even verified, how the hell did the Youtube system manage to screw this up.

Too big to fail doesn't exist in technology it seems

Interestingly enough, looking at the
@SocialBlade stats, the Blender Foundation channel still gained 200+ subscribers today?! But views obviously are way down.https://socialblade.com/youtube/user/blenderfoundation …Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

I've just noticed that : It seems to happen on the whole channel. Tested on "Ton Roosendaal gets hit by ceiling at Blender Conference" in France.

Fact of the matter is that the world needs an open source "youtube".
-
It already exists, is decentralized and named PeerTube: https://github.com/Chocobozzz/PeerTube … Learn more at http://joinpeertube.org

Oh well. I guess you'll have to move the channel over to Vimeo.

I'm sorry to say it, but it most likely won't be solved. For reasons I cannot yet understand,
#Youtube does not allow animation on its platform any longer. If you post animations your videos may be randomly deleted, citing completely unrelated community guideline violations. -
There are people who posted sequences from kids cartoons that aired on television. Their channels were wiped out. Not because of copyright infringement, but because they were accused of posting sexual material. I hear the decisions remained even after appealing. It's just insane.
-
#Youtube is unofficially banning every animation channel it finds, potentially also gaming. There may be exceptions for large Youtubers since they bring ad revenue in Google's pockets, but small animators and gamers are being accused of every possible thing to give them strikes. -
This couls break a huge amount of laws in a lot of countries if true. Is it time for the death penalty for the CEO yet?
