    Hard to believe one man could do all this in a single session. Multiple sessions of sorting and uploading the data over a longer time frame can produce such differences, even if a single person did it [but I doubt this is a one-man job]

    Important asterisk: we didn't lose *because* we passed the ACA. We lost because we'd totally failed to respond to the devastation of the recession with the scale of solutions needed. Let's not make that mistake again.
