The problem with the “red pill” is that, though true in evolutionary terms, it reflects an utterly utilitarian & self-interested thinking that points to a kind of total deadness in the people who follow it. It has no concept of virtue, art, or consciousness.

It is truly American, in the same way as feminism, in that it is meretricious. People are seen purely as business investments: do I invest in this broad with a social market value of X. Is that a good return on investment?

They tend to react badly to Peterson. Jung suggests something beyond the material, and that’s anathema to these “practical” men. Truly, “red pill” men deserve feminists, for they think like businessmen. Women are bargainers looking for a deal. The “red pill” man is a true woman.
