“Secular humanism” claims not to be against religious institutions. But, in practice, secular humanism is never a neutral instrument; it must pull apart the majority religion & so it is de facto destructive of religion, only allowing itself as a belief.
This is because religion is not a private belief; it is a nested set of practices, some of which must be carried out in the public sphere. To restrain religion to the “private” sphere is synonymous with its destruction (or displacement by another faith).
