I saw in a so-called British newspaper a journalist writing about the ‘Good Old Boy’s network’ in the UK. Our expression mashed together with the Deep South. There never were any ‘Good ‘ole boys’ in Britain. But, raised on global media, it all gets mulched together.
What if the ‘Old Boy’s network’ was actually the best way to run an orgnisation?

In a few years, there will be complaints about the legal segregation that used to exist in the UK. People, raised on US TV, cannot separate their actual locality and history from TV. It took me a longtime to understand this. In London, the police are already called ‘the Feds’.
