I've come to the conclusion that (unless you're Jewish or Arabic) taking a strong partisan line on I/P is usually a bit weird or sinister. foreigners should just seek to encourage moderation from sides rather than egging them on

A person’s take on Israel and Palestine is a good proxy for other positions as well, though. The clash is the most extreme example of the key pressures facing W. Europe: Islam, multiculturalism, borders, & ethnonationalism.
