2. If he survives, then a precedent will have been set that are person who associates with Holocaust deniers etc can lead a major British political party. We’re seeing a witch hunt against Johnson over Burqa comments, but how can this stack up?

3. Politics is not rational, and what is “acceptable” is not very rationally police either. I suspect the Corbyn affair (I expect him to survive; he’s anti-fragile) will leave the grounds of debate radically altered—probably not in a good way.
