1. Notes on day 3 of the Mikhaila/Jordan Peterson carnivore diet: Energy levels seem to feel higher, and I’m waking up earlier. However, it’s hard to tell much at this stage. Downside, I wake up with a mouth tasting of salty meat and feel a bit sick until I have my first coffee.
4. Other observation: I’m eating a lot less, but I feel full most of the time and it’s quite pleasant. Overall, it’s too early to tell what effect it’s having. We’ll see how it goes.

So basically it's a low carb, high protein diet but without dairy?

It's supposed to be very low (ideally, zero) carb, high fat. High protein is dangerous.

Make sure you're eating enough. A lot of people have problems because they're not eating enough food. 2 pounds of meat, mostly fat, is a good minimum.
