Leaders with children either don't actually lead, or educate their children poorly. This thought is not original in any way, in fact Plato said the same of Pericles in the First Alcibiades, putting him in the second category.
I’m not sure that I buy the argument that childless leaders are a bad thing. It was long argued that childless leaders are more objective in their decision making, with some arguing homosexuals make the best leaders. Leaders with children were pretty reckless in the past.

I think you're right, but as I said, I feel literally no one believes that a good CEO makes a good parent. All the most vicious trolls on 2008's Runescape forums had parents in such positions.
