1/ The time is right to go back to print. Public conciousness has moved online to such a degree that a well-designed, graphic-heavy occasional publication handed out on the Tube could have a major impac on public conciousness.

2/ The sheer novelty of the thing would have an impact on the public. Such a publication must have no online presence. It must become an entirely mysterious and cult-like entity.

3/ Print will never return to its central position in public life. But it can now be used to make potent bandit raids into the public consciousness.
