CG Jung has been misread, as @RationalMale notes, to encourage men to act like women. However, Jung’s actual thought is against this idea. He would see such men as “anima” possessed. They projected their romantic idealism and religiousity onto women.

Jung’s work supports the view that the male is the romantic, far-sighted and religious sex while the female is practical, near-sighted and materialistic. But the sexes project their nature onto their opposites and become confused.

In other words, a “white knight”, in Jungian terms, is projecting his romantic and religious nature onto a woman. Jung would have encouraged him to withdraw this projection and become realistic.

Jung has a “red pill” view of the world. He sees archetypes and deep biology at work. He is not, as he was misread by some, an airy-fairy hippy. He believes in deep history for human beings and unchangeable aspects to the human psyche. He is not blank slatist.
