1/ People wonder why Ireland is as she is. Why did she bleed to be free of England, only to become England on steroids? These were “nationalists”, but they embrace feminism, multiculturalism, mass immigration, casino capitalism etc.

2/ You have to understand that nationalism is not conservative. It is revolutionary and liberal. A good many Celtic nationalists were really Englishmen or Protestants looking to ideologise the Welsh, Scottish, & Irish.
