Do Stellacello and Suze have generic types? I’ve got the Brandy we use for Christmas pudding and lemons, so this one is a stretch.

Stellacello is hipster limoncello, less sweet, more bitter, with herbs i think. Suze is gentian liqueur, there are others but Suze is the most common. The closest common thing is probably Campari, but even that's not very close, really - Suze is woody, not fruity.
