If you can't buy it from a newer system you may be able to buy it from the web (or an Xbox 360), but it has to be the Xbox 360 marketplace link marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/

I tried to get Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, Jet Set Radio and Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood but sadly they were all “Currently unavailable” already. Mexico store 🇲🇽
