it sounds like Xbox developer 343 Industries is going to switch to Unreal Engine for future Halo games. That includes codename Tatanka, a Halo battle royale game

Sources said that this Tatanka game grew past being a battle royale and it's something bigger now.

I honestly don't care which engine they use as long as they have a good workflow with it.
Unreal Engine can, in the hands of good developers, make shooters that feel very distinct from each other so the typical Halo feeling shouldn't be in danger.

Is this going to be become a monthly thing?
If it isn't Starfield going to UE5 it's Fable or Halo, you name it

All I am going to say is, the grapple shot/hook shot better stay. Halo infinite is a very good campaign, too bad it was tarnished by slow updates and too many delays.
Anybody who has a chance to play it now that it has online co-op campaign, you will not be disappointed.
