Might require some investment in staffing. When I started working in public libraries, we were open six days a week, four main libraries opened 9-8 Mon-Fri, 9-4 Sat, branches open Tues-Sat including two nights till till 8.

They miss the point about predatory journals: "Predatory journals are driven by profits..." Er, so are non-predatory journals. One wonders why they didn't consult an information professional when designing the study (the authors are in institutions that boast some excellent ones)
