Now don’t get “hysterical”. @BenSasse tells us (dismissively, condescendingly) nobody’s survival will be affected by who fills this SCOTUS vacancy.

Thanks for posting the video. I had only read Guttenberg's account of it and it seemed terrible. This makes it look more like Guttenberg is a grandstander than anything. I didn't see Kavanaugh withdraw his hand, and it was an inappropriate time to introduce oneself.
-
It was a cheap political stunt that Guttenberg fully intended to embarrass Kavanaugh. His quickness to tweet about it made it clear. This is not the act of a grieving father. It was for his cause.

Who in their right mind says, "I think the best time to introduce myself is right after the nominee has heard people screaming things out with tons of people around and photographers, cramped space where no one can hear each other". Good job getting the propaganda photo.

I mean he took the time to turn around and listen to him, I'm sure an extra two seconds to acknowledge him wouldn't be too hard. But facts don't matter.

"He's an outstanding judge." "He's a real family man." "He has a brilliant mind." If you want to know Kavanaugh's true character, watch this clip and see the disgust in his face when greeted by the father of a Parkland victim.

I think Melania Trump has a jacket she could lend him.
