    What's also infuriating is that I distinctly remember people in the media criticizing Obama for being too *good* at optics.

    Trump screaming fake news at the press while lying about the hearing. Mueller calmly answers questions as Republicans yell in his face. And who has the "optics" problem?

    On substance, Democrats got what they wanted: that Mueller didn't charge the Soylent Corporation because of DoJ policy, that Soylent Green is made from people, among other things. But on optics, this was a disaster.
