This is so conflicting. I love the show, but I am so angry at how Joss treated these women. Can one separate what was created from the creator?

I believe so. 7 seasons of TV takes an incredible amount of collaboration and creating. Many many people created the show and it would be a disservice to them to cancel their work.

You've completely missed the point here. And anyway, being a guest star from season 6+7 of Buffy Tom wouldn't have seen anything happening to Charisma.
