I mean, in most cases, terrorism in our time is the result of disillusioned people (often men) becoming radicalised in communities online that provide them with people to blame for their feelings of being forgotten/left behind and allow their hatred to fester & build to violence.

It's the same story being repeated over and over in both Far-Right & Islamic terrorist attacks. Hard conversations need to be had over how & why people become disillusioned & how prevalent support networks that radicalise them are & how mainstream rhetoric can lead them to it.

But, I guess it's easier to blame Islam, Immigration, Mental Illness, Autism, or Mental Conditions I guess and makes for "better" stories than doing any of that shit...
