Any other ideas to ramp up uptake without literally forcing needles into people's arms by state mandate are welcome :)

Certainly agree with not allowing people to travel into the country unless they have taken the vaccine. Though disagree on the schools bit. Considering education is compulsory, that would effectively be compelling by law people to take a vaccine, which is too far.
