        Doubt we will need it after Coronavirus. A lot of companies have finally realised they don't need the big flashy offices in major cities and the rents of millions a year. More people will work from home and the big business cities will slowly shrink.

        Tom our population per sq mile is one of the highest in the world, much higher than America,30 times that i believe,we don't need any new cities,any new town or villages and for sure we need to stop the increased number of immigrants coming here yearly..
