Every Credit Card company wants to give you things that cost money & are easily tracked as ROI in a spreadsheet They'd rather give you $500 of flights than make NFC enabled cards or have an email address. Because even though that costs <$50, the success is non measurable

Also, here’s an idea. Instead of having a call centre calling people to sign up for rewards or whatever, have a call centre that, when you call in, calls you back so that you’re not actually paying for a call when they are the ones who messed up.
