Mmmm but there’s voters and there’s activists. Purely anecdotally, I’ve always seen Tory’s attracting a diverse activist base, less so both Labour and Lib Dem’s (at least where I am)

Parliamentarians; activists/members; voters are different spheres. People exaggerate the links: non-white MPs *not* esp key driver of non-white voters (but everyone thinks they are). Having Theresa May, Jeremy Corbyn or Vince Cable are not driver of winning female or older votes!
