The Polish example you gave us atypical as well as that is usually a short term move for work and they return after some years. That’s not true of say, Somalian immigration

The atypical example of the largest group (1 in 8 of all migrants are Polish-born) obviously affects the aggregate quite a bit. I do not make much of net contribution (q.neutral) but impact q.neutral (& esp odd to oppose these high skill net contributors)
