No, most protests are within the law. Yours seems a very stupid claim to me. The theme of this protest seems weak to me - the right to commit contempt of court under the banner of free speech - but it was pursued peacefully & legally by most participants. Because free speech.

Clearly the violence is proecutable and I hope it is prosecuted. But it is evidently possible to protest the right to contempt of court of a convicted violent criminal. The price is simply mockery via counterspeech of the wilder claims made while doing so.
