Just last week developers demolished the Carlton Tavern without permission or warning. London is losing too many good, popular pubs & venues

Good idea. Planning to. This is at least the third gay venue to shut in as many months, too.

what an asinine statement. This is about making big bucks for developers whilst destroying a much loved pub
a) this isn't about me - this is abt maj issue of the loss of good, profitable pubs cos developers can make much more from flats
b) I'm a human being and entitled to express my emotion at something I love being lost. I'm sure you'd do the same
c) I presume you'd have no objection to your favourite pubs being turned into flats
