"comfortable" is hard, but there are one-shot projects out there where you can do what you want if you take responsibility.

Nope. Responsibility has 0 to do w/ it. SVFIG regularly posts jobs Forth related, and they're so far between, no living.

Fixed positions, or temporary projects? My point is more that there are people that do not know how to find good engineers.
