In the company of C/Pascal ?! Perhaps so ... though I feel it should somehow be a bit more than just that.

The boxes are about differences in high-level guarantees. I.e. the "model". Forth gives very little guarantees.

But what you mean maybe is that Forth follows an implicit model that can be made very high level. But you can do this in C/Pascal as well.

Ok, I see your point now. Yes, the "stretching to high-level" can sort of happen in C too.
